HOW IT WORKS:

- We only take what we need from the field and this means we work on a pre-order basis.

- We sell half and whole lambs exclusively.

- We take orders in weekly blocks ending on Monday morning 8am to give the farm time to process, pack and transport to Val de Vie.

- As we work on a pre-order basis we don't know the exact weight of your final product when you order. The meat is processed afterwards and every lamb is different.

- We therefore take a deposit upon pre-order and a final payment upon collection when the product is weighed at Back's Deli Polo Pavilion.
